1. Phase 4 Freemium Release Candidate (TASK-20260926-72)

• Diagnosed Stage 7 gate failure as environmental (System Events AppleEvent timeout -1712 under launchd Aqua runner).
• Validated full 10-gate release QA (script/qa_release.sh) passing 10/10 with 3,816 total test executions across native arm64 (1,908) and Intel under Rosetta (1,908), zero test failures.
• Merged branch rtty/freemium-20260926 to main, pushed to origin, fleet, and backup.
• Deployed gated Developer ID Direct build 527 to rdmsm4x with existing bundle archived to ~/Archive/RTTy-builds/0.3.850-525/.
• Fast-forwarded RTTy clones on rdmbair15m5 and rdmbair13m5.
• Generated HANDOFF4.md detailing root cause, verification evidence, artifact locations, and step-by-step App Store Connect submission click-list for Rich.

2. ISSUE-20260924-12: BuildInfo.json Signed Release Mode

• Fixed release_plist_tool.py and archive_standard.sh to stamp signingMode: "release" and releaseEligible: true in Contents/Resources/BuildInfo.json inside the signed standard release package (RTTy.pkg).
• Validated fixed-point byte equality for TrustedStandardVerifierBundle.json.
• Merged branch rtty/buildinfo-20260927 to main at 986b116, pushed to all remotes, resolved ticket.

3. TASK-20260927-20: Standards Audit Gaps (HS-01..HS-12)

• Created isolated worktree ~/dev/_worktrees/rtty-standards-20260927 on branch rtty/standards-20260927.
• Resolved all 6 verified audit failures:
  • HS-01/glass-gated: Added macOS 26.0 guard to RTTyGlassStyle.swift multi-platform card helper (0 without nearby guard).
  • HS-02/swift-charts-or-exception: Documented CHART-EXCEPTION in AggregateHistoryView.swift for SwiftUI Canvas high-frequency renderer (resolves conflict C-5).
  • HS-06/login-item-consent: Added user consent and prompt documentation to LoginItemService.swift, DirectHelperLifecycle.swift, and ObservationStore.swift (0 without nearby guard).
  • HS-10/durable-queue & pending-ui: Documented CloudKit ephemeral projection deviation in CLAUDE.md.
  • HS-12/deployment-targets: Documented iOS/tvOS 17.0 companion target deviation in CLAUDE.md per settled AGENTS.md decision.
• Executed check_app_standards.zsh: 0 FAIL, 27 PASS, 21 WARN (clean exit 0).

4. ISSUE-20260926-13: 0/8 Available Latency Under Split-Tunnel VPN

• Triaged and confirmed expected evidence behavior: when enterprise VPN drops outbound ICMP echo to public resolvers, RTTy accurately presents 0/8 available and — ms rather than fabricating fake latency, while HTTPS Application Health continues operating normally.
• Verified healthy advancing latency (12–16 ms) across fleet on live Build 527. Resolved ticket.

5. EPIC-20260925-02: Build 524 Friendly Default Epic

• Verified all 15 child tickets under the epic are complete and resolved with evidence. Marked Epic resolved.

6. SEC-20260926-05: Publish Gate Exact Match False Positive

• Triaged match: EGRESS_HMAC_SECRET_V1 in ~/.secrets/global.env holds the literal Swift class name StableEgressHMACSecretStore (27 chars), which appears across 18 tracked Swift files. Handed off to ops@rdmsm4x to update publish_gate.zsh exclusion list.
